KEXENT UK operates a controlled return framework designed to maintain pricing efficiency and product integrity.

Returns are accepted only for verified hardware faults or failures. Returns based on compatibility, configuration, network performance, or change of requirement are not accepted.

All returns require prior approval and issuance of an RMA number. Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery, and items must be returned in original condition and packaging unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Special or non-standard orders are not eligible for return or cancellation under any circumstances.

Approved returns may incur restocking, inspection, and handling fees. All approved returns are processed as store credit only, valid for 90 days from issuance.
