Agreement & Scope

By placing an order with KEXENT UK via this website or any associated sales channel, you confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
These terms apply to all transactions unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. KEXENT UK supplies products and services primarily for business-to-business (B2B) and professional use.

Product Use & Compatibility

Products supplied by KEXENT UK are intended for professional and commercial environments. Compatibility, integration, or operability with third-party networks, carriers, software platforms, or systems remains the responsibility of the purchaser unless explicitly confirmed in writing by KEXENT UK.

Pricing, Orders & Acceptance

All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping, insurance, and related charges unless stated otherwise.
Orders become binding once accepted by KEXENT UK. Requests for cancellation after processing or dispatch are not guaranteed and may incur administrative or commercial charges.

Warranties

Products supplied by KEXENT UK carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty durations may include one-year, multi-year, or lifetime coverage, depending on the product and manufacturer.
Refurbished or re-certified products include a 90-day limited warranty, with optional extensions where available.
Warranty coverage excludes damage or defects arising from misuse, modification, incorrect installation, environmental factors, or third-party integration issues.

Reliability & Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)

Standard stock items are supplied with a reliability assurance. Any confirmed Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) unit must be reported promptly. Upon verification, KEXENT UK will arrange a replacement of equivalent specification, subject to availability.

Order Accuracy & Reporting

Any shortages, errors, or discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of shipment. Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered.

Special & Non-Standard Orders

Orders classified as special, customised, or non-standard, including items sourced or manufactured specifically against a defined purchase order, are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
Advance payments or deposits may be required. Full delivery and payment obligations apply.

Returns & Authorisation

All returns require prior written approval and issuance of a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) by KEXENT UK. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or processed.

Restocking & Charges

Approved returns may be subject to restocking, inspection, and handling fees of up to 30%. Original shipping, freight, insurance, and administrative charges are non-refundable.

Credits

Approved adjustments are issued as store credit only. Cash or card refunds are not provided.
Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and must be applied to identified purchases with reference to the original credit documentation.

Shipping & Freight

Shipping and handling charges include freight, insurance, and applicable service costs. Additional charges may apply for dimensional weight, fuel surcharges, address changes, customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory fees imposed by third parties.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
